The Implementation of Student Management in Discipline Guidance at Modern Islamic Boarding Schools Gontor

The objective of this study was to determine the pattern student discipline development at Gontor campus 2, implementation management in and supporting inhibiting factors 2. research method used by researcher is a qualitative with phenomenological approach where enforcement system unique phenomenon that pointed out study. data analysis technique utilized Milles Huberman triangulation reduction, display, verification. results are (1) 2 based on pesantren 24-hour parenting patterns security settings, class entry discipline, language discipline. (2) carried guidance staff collaborating KMI advisory council. Implement POACE implement (3) there implementing summarized conclusion describes application an effort maintain existence Pesantren as moral education institution. Efforts improve students' morale performed applying POACE's performance management.
